The rooms
Six rooms, each its own estimate
Start with the one that is failing, the one you'd like most or the panel. Every page below says what the room involves, what moves its cost and how it goes.
- The kitchen
Induction kitchens
Gas range to induction on its own circuit, with the old line capped and tagged.
- The water heater closet
Water heaters
A heat pump water heater in the closet, the garage corner or the utility room.
- Bedrooms and living room
Mini-splits
Heat and cooling for the rooms you use, with the furnace and the cooler kept as backup.
- The electrical panel
Panels and service
The load calculation, the panel and the service, so every other room has what it needs.
- The garage
Garage and EV
A 240-volt circuit and a plug or charger, sized with the rest of the house in mind.
- The roof
Solar-ready roofs
Conduit, a panel ready for solar and a subpanel for a battery. We don't install panels.
What we don't do
We don't sell or install solar panels, and we don't do plumbing beyond capping and tagging a gas line. Where a licensed plumber, the gas company or your utility has to be involved, the written plan says so before anything starts.
We also don't do whole-kitchen remodels or new cabinets here. If you want those, we'll work around your remodeler's schedule.
